Snowed in am until 1-2 pm. I arrived at 4:30 pm. Parking lot, including handicapped spaces, were not plowed. The handicapped spaces were plowed by 6 pm, but the rest was still snow covered. When I returned from dinner at 9 pm, the lot was fully plowed. I drove an hour and a half to get here without encountering snow left on highways or streets. Response time to clear the lot for guests was too slow. I had to pull my suitcase through snow, at age 85. Have a handicapped placard but could not access handicapped spaces.

I Checked in with my six year old grandson rather late, like 10pm, the lady on the front desk was so nice, popped bottle of water, fruit snacks and cookies in a little bag for us. That has never happened before so it was a nice jesture. Facilities are clean, tho the pool door could have used a bit of windex! Mt grandson loves the "marshmallow bed" and could stay in it all day. :)

We had to shorten our stay and relocate because the pool was closed and that created a very unhappy teenager, but the room and facility was beautiful, and the staff was SO wonderful working with Expedia to facilitate a refund for our unused days. 100% happy with our experience, and would definitely stay in the future when the pool is available.

Spotless and spacious hotel with restaurant, pool, and fitness facilities in what feels like an otherwise desolate section of town (the pretty village, with several restaurants, is just a short drive away). The staff was super-friendly, and I felt welcomed.

I didn't stay at this hotel. I was booking a different hotel through Expedia and when the process finished I was informed that I was booked here, which is not in the city I was visiting. As far as I know the refund is in process even though it was non-refundable, so I appreciate their flexibility. And what's up with that, Expedia?
