Rooms not cleaned properly. Pipes were banging through the night. Dresser was falling apart and wasn't useful. Room smelled like old and new cigarettes. Told I was in a non smoking room. Beginning staff wasn't helpful, second night (Kimberly) switched my room with no issue.

The room was quite small. There was a leak from the ceiling above the toilet which was annoying and kept me up. Room 121 was okay for one person not 2. No Bible and no pen or paper to write down anything. The price fit the room just right.

Great hotel, very good room service. Only problem is there is too many DOGS!!! They are everywhere and some residents have 2 and 3 dogs ! That is too many for others that can be s inconvenience especially walking out and in the hotel. There should be a minimum to how many people have dogs.

Probably won't stay here again

Based on the rate, our expectations weren't that high. You get what you pay for, and all... The room was fairly well appointed, and rather clean, but there were some items that caused us some grief. Firstly, the bed came equipped with only 3 'half pillows'. We're used to more... 'pillow-age', in hotel rooms. Additional pillows were requested, but unavailable. Sleeping on them was difficult for both of us. Secondly, there were some seriously worn items in the room--such as the window curtains.That was a little disconcerting, but we expected to be up before sunrise. Thirdly, there didn't see to be any attempt to keep guests from smoking near the lobby entrance--despite several, thoroughly ignored signs prohibiting smoking in the area--which allowed cigarette smoke to waft into the lobby and into the halls. Our room had a strong smell of cigarette 'deodorant'--which masked any cigarette smoke rather well--but the net result was an irritating concoction that led to stuffy noses all night.

Clean up the building

Room was fine. Random people (2 guys and a girl) were hanging out outside the hotel, smoking, possibly selling, etc. I just walked past and there weren't any issues. Hallway reeked of old marijuana and the room had a mildew/mold smell to it. It might be time to do a deep clean and add in some security if you want traveling clients however if the hotel caters to the local "business" - then it's doing a decent job and should lower it's rates or add in hourly ones. Aside from that, the room was clean and staff was nice.
