When you walk into the hotel it smells good, looks great , the young lady in the front desk was nice. Room was very clean . But !!! When I checked in I gave the young lady my credit card . I thought I placed it in my wallet which I didn’t I must off left on the counter . So instead of letting me know I left it , no someone took my credit card . Then the room was freezing. I set the temperature left to my event cake back the system reset it self to 60 degrees, mind you it was in the signal digits feel like it was -2. I set temperature went to bed, well I had to get up four times through out the night to fix it was cold … plz check the panel !! Nice hotel but needs some improvement in roomdc

Front desk, check in was simple and quick. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door and was extremely heavy. Once I finally got it closed, I couldn't open it. My husband had a hard time opening the door to get me out. It looked like maybe the railing was messed up

Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean. Breakfasts were great- they had very thoughtful touches like wet wipes for your hands and after -breakfast mints! Have never seen that at any other hotel breakfast- and the wipes were helpful.
