A very quiet and comfortable studio. The glass sliding doors open onto a shared yard/patio space with other residents, so I ended up having to leave the shades down all the time for privacy which was a bit disappointing.

A Few Things We Noticed

The gate at the entrance was difficult to open. There was no strainer in the kitchen sink. The tray of reading material took up most of the dining room table, so we moved it. There were no instructions for using the TV. We had to remove the beach chair out of the tiny closet. There wasn't enough room for 2 people to store their clothes. Luckily we were only staying for 2 nights. Del Mar Vacations constant texts, emails & mail were annoying.

Nice but some improvements would make it better.

Unit was clean and well supplied with a nice compact kitchen. It’s a little generic considering this is Ptown that generally has more character. The main improvement that is needed is a better bed. The one there makes noises if a person rolls over or gets up. Also the pillows need to be replaced. Having owned vacation rentals for 15 years I know it’s better to invest in comfortable bedding to ensure repeat guests.

Great accommodation in Provincetown

Lovely size apartment with everything you need. 2 minute walk to the beach and a 30 minute walk into the main township. Our only issues were that the bed was creaky and would disturb your sleep if you rolled over. There was also some kind of alarm that went off at midnight each night and we couldn't work out where is was coming from. we unplugged the microwave and it still happened, so maybe from the dishwasher? The team at Del Mar should look into this.

Terrific studio

Stayed in this wonderful studio that was spotless, quiet and in a great location. On the outskirts of all the action but nice stroll back and forth into the center of P-Town even late night. Great communication with Del Mar - they were on top of everything and we didn't feel forgotten once we checked in. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay in East End

We planned a week’s vacation in Provincetown for mid August. We have visited Provincetown multiple during the Summer and other times of the year. We stayed on the quiet side, the East End, this time. We spent every day at the beach, Race Point and Herring Cove, and cooked fresh seafood most nights. The property was well kept and the owner happened to be on site during our stay. Hal was very friendly offering history of the neighborhood and things to do. Great stay. We’ll be back.
