SUMMARY:
Our Commercial Street 2bd/2ba/2parking space beach home is in a historic building that was completely renovated. It boasts fantastic views of Long Point Light and MacMillan Pier. The modern open-concept kitchen and living room offer a spacious place to enjoy together with others. Relax, people-watch, and soak up the sun and views from one of the best Harbor-facing decks on Commercial Street. Walk to the beach & all the action!

THE SPACE:
Our townhouse is located on the corner of Commercial Street and Johnson Street, in the start of the East End. We are across the Street from the Johnson Street beach access ("town landing").
The house has a spacious bedroom on the first floor with a Queen-sized mattress and an ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are also on the first floor. The second floor has the main living area with amazing views of the Provincetown Harbor as well as the access to the outdoor living area. It is on this floor, where you can relax and watch tv indoors comfortably with central air conditioning (or central heating and a fireplace in the winter) while also having the option to lounge on the patio furniture or to grill out and dine al fresco while enjoying the sights and sound of our fabulous beach town.
Finally, the third floor is where you will find your second bedroom, with a Queen-sized mattress. Enjoy the rain shower head in a spacious tiled shower, listen to music, watch tv or lay down and enjoy the view while your head is on a comfy pillow.
For us, technology is important in providing that home-away-from-home feel. We have smart 4K LED tv's and combined with our SONOS sound system, you will be able to stream tv content and music easily in each room or throughout the house simultaneously. We also have excellent Wifi to enable your whole group to stay connected.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
We have a luxury queen-sized mattress in each of the 2 bedrooms.
GUEST ACCESS:
As our guest, you will have access to all 3 floors of our townhouse. Both bedrooms w/bath are private and are located on separate floors for added privacy. You will be able to enjoy our amazing, exclusive-use deck facing Provincetown Harbor. As an added convenience, you will have our tandem parking spot that fits 2 vehicles.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:
Provincetown is amazing! Our townhouse is right on Commercial Street just 2 blocks away from MacMillan Pier. The neighborhood is walkable and from our place, you can get to everything that Commercial Street has to offer in just a few minutes. The vibe is vibrant and fun here all summer long. In the winter and fall, it is quieter and reminiscent of the days when the town was only a quaint fishing village.
GETTING AROUND:
Provincetown can be reached by car, plane or ferry. Once here, you can park your car in our parking space and you will likely not need to use it again. You can walk around town, take a pedi-cab or rent a bike to get around.
