The sunny first floor features an open floor plan, wide-pine refinished floors, a primary bedroom (Queen Bed) with en suite full bath, and large renovated cook's kitchen. Feast in the separate dining room with ample space for all your guests. The roomy deck complete with dining table and chairs is accessible via the kitchen and the adjacent sliders off the living room. The second floor holds three additional bedrooms (two queen and one full bed) as well as a second full bath and boasts a lovely view of the Pilgrim Monument from the row of hall windows. Enjoy spring, summer, and fall cocktail parties out on the private back deck overlooking the landscaped gardens. This sought after Historic District location is centrally located in town just steps from the harbor, Commercial street, and all the excitement that Provincetown has to offer! There is even coveted off-street parking for two vehicles! Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fe by booking 7 or more consecutive nights.
