Renovated 2BR/3BA townhome in the best pocket in the popular West End! This 1385sf end unit townhome was just renovated top to bottom and features all new hardwood flooring, bathrooms, kitchen and furnishings!

The home features 3 levels. 1 Lower, 1 Main, and 1 Upper level. The main sun filled level features a large living room with vaulted ceilings, a full bath, large kitchen, and dining area for 6. Access to a large wrap around deck is from a slider off the kitchen or door off the dining area.

The entire upper level is the primary suite which features a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. It features a double vanity, water closet and walk in glass shower. The primary suite also features an office area.

The lower level features one bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bath with walk in shower. There is also another desk area located in the bedroom. A full washer/dryer laundry is located on this level as well as access to parking for three cars. There is a shared common yard to the right of the townhome with seating and a grill.

The kitchen includes all the tools you'll need to make a gourmet meal in plus high quality plates, utensils and glassware for your whole group.

You can't beat this location! Steps from Commercial Street and just around the corner from all your favorite spots like Sal's, Perry's, Relish and much more. In either direction, you're less than a 10 minute walk to the Boatslip and The Red Inn!

A Gem in the West End

The West Ender is a stunning and quintessential Provincetown property. The layout allows for privacy for multi-household guests with wonderfully appointed common areas on a middle floor that splits the top and bottom floor bedrooms. From great art to comfortable beds to towels for the beach, we can’t wait to return. The hosts were very responsive and dispatched someone to quickly fix a small issue. It is also their home and you can tell.

Family for Provicetown Family Week

We had a great time at the house for Family Week. The house is lovely and in a significant part of town. Everything is there that you need, and it was perfect for me, my 4 1/2-year-old twin boys (who still sleep in the same king-size bed with me, my au pair, and a couple of our girlfriends who were able to share a queen-size bed. I would love to stay there again in the future. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

A must.,..

To say this home is a must stay is an understatement. The pictures don’t do this place justice. The home is inviting and welcoming in a very familiar way. Familiar in that you don’t want to leave. From the bedrooms to the outdoor space, you could spend your entire vacation at the house; don’t. You are are a quick walk everything.

Perfect Stay

The whole process of working with Matt was excellent from start to finish. It is immediately apparent that he invests a lot of time and money into his home. The space is freshly renovated with really lovely finishes and is very well-stocked with anything you might need. The location is perfect - being walkable to everything but on a quiet street. We had a small hiccup the first day with a coffee pot and Matt responded and took care of the issue immediately with the help of his house manager, Joseph (who was also very friendly and attentive). We will be returning if Matt will have us!

Wonderful experience in the West End

Beautiful home in the heart of the West End of Provincetown. Hosts were super communicative and anticipated needs along the way. They literally thought of everything. I would absolutely recommend booking this property.

Great rental, highly recommend!

Stayed for a week with friends - their first time to PTown. The house was great - clean, true to the description/photos, and the location was perfect. Host sent a message that we were able to check in a little early, which was perfect since we arrived in PTown about an hour earlier than check in. The hosts (Matt & Clay) checked in with us a few times and made the whole experience really easy. House had all the essentials we needed which helped save money (trash bags, toilet paper, ice, paper towels, dish soap, etc) so that was appreciated. One of the most spacious properties I’ve stayed at in PTown, so it was really worth the money we paid. I’d stay here again in a second, and plan to if it’s available!

Great Provincetown Condo!

We all really enjoyed our week at the West Ender. The house is beautiful — very tasteful with top-of-the-line comforts. The location, very near the west end of Commercial is also fantastic. We would stay there again!!

West End Love

This 3 bedroom/3 bath rental was perfect for us. We loved the West End--quiet, sleepy, friendly--the West End Beach where we spent most days. The condo was handsomely appointed, and the couple of property glitches we hit were quickly resolved by the agent, Joel, who was a total sweetheart. We spent countless hours on the deck, grilled salmon, did not complete the jigsaw puzzle we had spread over every flat surface. We'd go back in a heartbeat--How about tomorrow? Is tomorrow good for you?

It Checks All the Boxes!

We found everything we wanted in this clean, bright, updated West End condo. Three floors means room to spread out, when you're not gathered in the living room or on the large, breezy deck. Comfortable beds and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and powerful a/c were welcomed after a day at the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, but it's only a quick walk to town. We loved having three parking spots! The listing photos and description are accurate and communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Amazing Property

The property is modern, clean and well maintained. Easy to get to with Relish and Perry’s very closeby. Owner was very responsive with a minor problem we had that was a result of the electric going out overnight. I would stay at this property again if our group can book it.

Perfect 3 bedroom close to the action

This house is a quintessential ptown rental, with modern finishes and typical ptown decor, nice outdoor areas for sitting with friends, a living room that is large enough to hang out for the evening, and perfect location. You are very close to the action on commercial street, but the area around the house is very quiet and has a lovely neighborhood feel. Looking forward to staying again.
