Walk to fabulous bars and restaurants, enjoy direct access to the beach across the street, as well as views of the water from your front window. Our 1 BR condo offers both the new and old charm of Cape Cod life.

Nicely appointed with everything you'll need for a beach vacation, including: bath towels and linens, beach towels, kitchen & cooking supplies, in an immaculate well cared for old Cape Cod home. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Galley kitchen. The bathroom has a corner shower with glass enclosure, ceramic tile, spa shower, heated towel warmer and heated floor. Outdoor seating on the newly renovated back patio w/ grill.

Regarding parking: we have a spot for loading/unloading bags etc. There are no parking spots on the property for renters. You can park on Commercial St. where there are lots of spots. Parking is not metered. Depending on the time of day, you may have to park a couple blocks away but the house is across from the beach w/ nearby specialty food stores (East End Market, Far Land Provisions etc.) not to mention only a few blocks from coffee shops, restaurants, bars. There are numerous municipal and private parking lots located within walking distance that offer daily and long-term parking.
