No water for few hours one day. Other day no hot showers. We waited for room towels one day. Other than that room ok Swimming pool was excellent with hot water. Abundant chairs around. They gave us one bed when the advertisement showed two beds and when we asked why, they told us we needed to be more specific when booking a room. They told us they’d bring an extra bed up to our room instead of swapping our room, but never did. Even when it was through you, a 3rd party with exact pictures, they told us they couldn’t help. Great place but poor customer service.

We loved staying at the CantoDelSol. All of the staff were terrific. I would say the rooms need a bit of an update but they were clean so that’s all I really cared about. Our stay was over the Holy Week holidays so there were lots of locals. The influx of people for the few days went well, as the staff handled the amount of people well!

Horrible do not stay here!! There was no water for 3 out of the 5 days we were there. Staff was beyond rude. Front desk would laugh at customers when they complained no water to shower or flush the toilet. It smelled!!!
