Don't be fooled by this studio, it's just what you need for your Old Town Puerto Vallarta experience. With granite countertops, rich wood, and gold accents, this space is tastefully decorated and complete with everything you need for a memorable stay. Full kitchen, king-size bed, large bathroom, washer and dryer, two Smart TVs, and access to the Pavilion building's top-notch amenities, including two pools, two hydromassage tubs, gym, and BBQ.

Located just one block from Basilio Badillo’s "Restaurant Row", home to some of the best-rated eateries and renowned galleries, and three blocks from the Romantic Zone’s famous Los Muertos Beach.

The condo is on the 6th floor at the very end of the hallway for maximum privacy and has its own private balcony, which provides natural light and air. The bedroom features a smart TV with access to Netflix and other Smart TV apps and two Alexa speakers to play music or utilize as white noise machines. Air conditioners are located in the bedroom and living area to cool off on warm days.

The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator. Meals for up to 4 can be served at the bar-style dining table or taken upstairs to the rooftop when you have friends over.

The new Pavilion building is all about its common amenities. The development boasts not one but two large common area terraces. The 5th-floor terrace features a sparkling lap pool and several lounge chairs, cabanas, and an outdoor cinema/reading seating area. The separate rooftop (8th floor) terrace features a dipping pool, hydro massage, bar, BBQ, and lounge seating surrounded by greenery and views of Zona Romantica.

Gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. Very safe building in a safe neighborhood.

Other things to note
There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends.

We love staying in the Romantic Zone for its amenities and charm, but it is a center of night life and very loud. This condo however is tucked away in the building and quiet. The best of both worlds!

Overall, I really enjoyed my time and would stay here again. The building and the unit are very clean and the location puts you right in the middle of everything. I was concerned after reading reviews about noise, and though I did hear it a bit, mostly Fri/Sat, it wasn’t bad at all and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. Also mentioned was that the unit doesn’t have any view, though that would have been nice, I was out and about so much that I didn’t feel deprived. The space is very well designed and even better in person than photos IMO. My only disappointment was the lighting in the bathroom is odd and a bit dark as you try to see anything in the mirror. The rooftop pool/gym/hot tubs are smaller but a nice bonus and well maintained.

Another wonderful week in Puerto Vallarta!

We try to make it to PV at least once a year, but have never stayed in this building before. We loved it! Check in was super easy, and everyone from the front door staff to housekeeping were so friendly. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. There was a little noise on Saturday night, but that’s to be expected in the Romantic Zone. It was nothing we couldn’t sleep through. Actually, the proximity to the bars and restaurants are why we picked this unit to begin with. So close to everything! The rooftop amenities were very nice and had an amazing view as well. We’re already talking about booking again and can’t wait to be back!

I would never stay in this unit again !!!!!

If considering this particular unit, I would recommend moving on and finding another unit. The owner of this unit should have to live in this unit for 2 weeks as is to understand the lack of thought went into preparing this unit for a 2 week stay. In all fairness, the condo building offered great amenities. However, the balcony of the unit faced directly into the window of the next door units bedroom, absolutely NO VIEW. The posting shows many pictures of the amenities and the views from other units in the building are and I felt misrepresented the actual unit. There was no fan in the bathroom making impossible to have the door shut while taking a shower. I opened the door to have the smoke alarm go off from the steam of the shower. Coffee filters were not correct filters, television was in the bedroom and not in living room. When I checked in there were 2 packages containing ear plugs. I was to find out the first night the music from the bars behind the building could be heard till the bars closed.

Best location ever

Within walking distance of sightseeing and lots of wonderful restaurants. Short, easy walk to catch local bus to take us up the mountain. Studio room was plenty big enough for a couple. Lobby people and property manager were friendly. Totally recommend and I know we will stay here again

nice place and great location but one window facing a wall made you feel like you were in a cave. Jose the doorman was great@@ a bar a block away played loud music until 3 am every night, could hear it even through earplugs (kindly provided). Would not rent again.

Nice but noisy

Excellent property with wonderful, friendly staff. Very well maintained and super clean. The downside for the future is that all the units on the east end of the building with east facing decks are about to be walled in by a new building presently under construction. We were lucky to have stayed before the construction reached our floor. There will be absolutely no view whatsoever from units ending in 12. 212 up to 712. The other consideration is that you are surrounded by nightclubs that have loud music till 4am. Take earplugs. ! We were warned and they were necessary. Unless you're doing the clubbing scene. Overall a great place to stay, perfect location for Romantic zone restaurants and beach. We would stay again but not in the east side units. Great rooftop pools on 2 different levels.

Vacation paradise

We had a great time in Puerto Vallarta. The people at our building and throughout the city were friendly and helpful. The place itself was very nice, with a great working kitchen and comfortable king bed. The location is right in the middle of the Romantic Zone, so a block away from great restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and the beach. Wonderful. Only negatives about the unit we stayed I where a fairly uncomfortable couch, only overhead lighting which was kind of bright, and a balcony overlooking a construction site. Overall, we loved it and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Everything about the condo, the building, and the staff was exceptional. The condo was clean, modern, well equipped, quiet (we live in a city, so a little street noise occasionally at night was nice) , and in a perfect location to walk to our favorite restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Gerardo got us checked-in quickly and Teresa, who cleaned the condo, does an amazing job. This is a beautiful condo and we'll definitely stay here again.

From LV to PV

Place was super clean and convenient. Only concern is that fact that Urban 2 is being build and you can hear the construction noise. Also it would be helpful if instructions about check in are provided prior to arriving to the reception.
