Great servers and staff. Despite a few less than friendly staff all was good. Food options were good except desserts but this seems to be all all inclusive having nothing but jello or custard type desserts.

We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was great-it had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic. The hotel has a few options for dining and they were great. We walked to town as we love the Malcon and Zona Romantica.

Great place to stay- highly recommend!
Really great stay! Good location- enjoyed being walking distance to Malecon area or $5 taxi. Very clean facility, fast elevators, great pool area & music, great pool service, tropical palm trees all over. Was pleased to get upgrade to ocean view room for minimal charge. Excellent rain show pressure. Shaving kit provided. Shampoo/ conditioner / shower gel too. Loved that the windows opened to allow fresh air, enjoy views and hear ocean waves. Comfortable bed & pillows. TV had Netflix, prime, Apple TV available. Very friendly service attendees. Staff go out of way to help you. Starbucks on site.
