We travelled as a couple but I think it would be best suited for families. We would probably go back again and bring the grandkids! I liked the private beach. Long enough for good walks but nobody bothering you.

Excellent room service, staff, pools, family friendliness. Buildings are dated and need some renovations. However, the suite was very clean with well stocked mini bar. Poolside service of food and drink was remarkable. With only 2 restaurants, food choice was limited. Located close to the airport which is great if anyone wants to avoid traffic to and from the airport.

The rooms were a good size and comfortable overall, though the sofa and bed could have been cleaner. The staff was courteous and very helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. However, the dining options for vegetarians were limited, with the same vegetarian menu offered every day. Adding more game options for kids, such as a pool table or foosball table, would be a great plus. With more variety in dining, improved room cleanliness, and additional kids’ activities, the experience could be even better.

We recently stayed at **Velas Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta**, and our experience was absolutely amazing. Despite the resort being quite busy, the **staff were incredibly attentive** and always helpful. The **food was excellent**, with plenty of options beyond the buffet, and everything we tried was delicious. Our kids (3 and 5 years old) especially loved the **Kids Club**, which was well-run and welcoming. The **beach access** was perfect, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. We also felt the resort was **very safe and comfortable for children**, which made our first trip traveling with little ones so much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, it was a **wonderful stay**—we couldn’t have asked for a better family vacation. Highly recommended!
