Hello dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We apologize that your experience was not to your entire satisfaction and we do hope that we will have an opportunity to see you again in our Resort. It is raining season and we cannot manipulate it at all, what happens with the beach it is something about nature and happens in all the bay in Puerto Vallarta, not only in front of our resort. Moreover, we have all day activities around the pool, the lobby area and our conference room in case of rain. We feel genuinely sorry to read you had a rough experience and we couldn't provide the excellent service that characterizes us. You may rest assured we've addressed all the indicated inconveniences to the areas in charge, as we care about our guests' satisfaction.
