We had another wonderful stay in Punta Mita! The host was fantastic and very communicative. The condo is nicely decorated, very clean, and in a great location. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and highly recommend this condo.

Did not disappoint

Great unit in a great community. Easy access to multiple beaches and the town. We enjoyed our week exploring all the different beaches. The private pool and access to other amenities like the tennis club were great too. Golf cart transportation made getting around very convenient.

Eliseo is an amazing host. Responded immediately on whatsapp to any questions we had. The condo is really spacious, and beautiful. The surroundings are tranquil and gorgeous. We will definitely come back again!

The owner was always available and was very helpful before and during our stay. The concierge was also very receptive and helpful as well. We highly recommend this unit and would also recommend Their cook/cleaning service. Lissa was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Clean and Beautiful

We had the best week with family and friends staying in this beautiful property. It’s well stocked and comfortable. We had a few issues, but their communication was awesome and the housekeeper Lizy was fantastic! We love staying at Hacienda de Mita when we come to Punta Mita.

Punta Mita Thanksgiving

The condo is amazing and very comfortable. We loved golf carting around to all of the beach clubs. Lissie our breakfast cook was amazing and made the most delicious homemade by scratch sauces and breakfasts every morning for us. . There was plenty of room on the patio for the 5 of us to eat and sit and enjoy the evenings before going to town for nightly dinners. The pools were heated perfectly for afternoon drinks by the pool. The owner and concierge were available to us when we needed to ask questions and very nice.

Wonderful Stay!!

Such a nice, clean place and perfect location. Close to town and close to our friends staying at the St. Regis. I will be back. Javier was a great host and very responsive to all our needs.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was beautifully appointed and immaculate. The housekeeper greeted us upon our arrival and was very nice. She kept the condo clean during our entire stay. My only complaint is that everyone was VERY CONCERNED with the occupancy rate of 8 people max. I agree with the last reviewer that we felt a bit harassed about how many people were staying in the unit. We were a group of 5 families and had 3 condos within Hacienda de Mita, so at times there were several people in and out of the unit, but not once did more than 8 people stay in this condo. However, we were asked daily, directly and indirectly, about the occupancy. We are well aware that the rules are very strict. We abided by the rules and feel that we didn't need the constant reminders. The condo was lovely and I would recommend others to stay here but the owners need to lighten up a bit about the occupancy because it was a bummer to have to deal with it every day of our vacation. Without the harassment this would be a 5 star review.

Terrible owner

This owner failed to properly communicate about check in, occupancy etc and then proceeded to harass us while in vacation for no good reason. The owner disavowed his own representatives who made incorrect assumptions which ended up causing major problems for what was supposed to be a week in paradise. I would never rent from this owner again. There were also problems with this unit, access to amenities etc.
