"I stayed here in May with my family. We had an amazing experience! Everything from property, to food and the staff was incredible! Our butlers, Angel and Amairani, were very kind, helpful, and efficient which definitely contributed to our positive experience. The service, across all departments, was truly top notch! "We had been eyeing this property for years, back when it was still a one-bedroom, and could never get our travel dates to line up. We were excited to finally stay here, and overall it was a wonderful getaway.We’ve stayed all over the island, so we have a good sense of what to expect. The home was exactly as described, and we made use of every part of it. We especially loved the Sonos system! It gave the house a true resort feel, and we had music playing most of our stay. The golf cart waiting for us on arrival was also a great touch.The pool was beautiful, but there were filtration issues during our stay. We noticed algae on day one and could tell something wasn’t right. Sofia was responsive through WhatsApp, and the issue was repaired, although we couldn’t enjoy the pool on our last day.The bedrooms were comfortable, and the beds were excellent. The house was ready for us, but the overall cleanliness wasn’t quite what we expected, and I spent some time mopping and wiping things down. We also experienced a few power and breaker issues, including losing power during breakfast on our last morning.We asked to have groceries stocked before arrival. Most of what we requested was there, though a few items were missing. A little more communication about substitutions would have been appreciated, but we were grateful for the convenience.Despite those few issues, we had a fantastic stay. It’s a beautiful property, and we’d absolutely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful trip to Isla Mujeres and stayed here. There was good communication from the owners before and leading up to the trip. The check in process was easy and we were able to check in when we arrived. The property was clean. The bed was particularly comfortable and the views were great. There was an issue with the water initially but it was handled very quickly and good communication from the owner. I would stay here again, thanks !"
