Cute reasonable hotel in hills 25 min from Quebec

Cons: Pool hours should start at 8am latest else useless for sight seers. Add Microwave and Refrigerator
We stayed 4 nights, family of 4 = 2 + 2 kids, wanting to see Quebec city and Jaques Cartier National parc. This place was ideal. Mountainous location, away from city, remote, less crowded. Serene calm. Pros: - good clean room with 2 double beds - nice renovated bathroom, very high force hot water showers really great - friendly helpful staff that understood English in this otherwise French territory - great calm serene location at the base of winter ski lifts with no commercial entities nearby - nice mountain trails 9-10km that are strenuous going up from parking lot - 25 mins from city and same from jaques Cartier National parc - good price under 65 CAD/night for our weekday stays Cons: - Pool only external, and ONLY opens AFTER 10am which is silly as no one would stay that late and waste a day, and ends 8pm also was out of order most days . We could not use it so very dissappointed as we paid to get a pool hotel. - construction roofing going on in next building so noise if opened windows for all the days large amount of time - No microwave or refri in room. But had a common microwave in lobby. Staff would give ice bags when asked - No place closeby to eat or shop but a grocey store, Tim Hortons etc 5 km away that we used. Overall reasonable ok hotel for the price and location, could relax if windows closed.
