My stay at the Sleep Inn in Quebec was very good. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience met my expectations. The staff and front desk team were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and smooth, and even better, the check-out process was quick and easy as well. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The worst experience! The beds are extremely uncomfortable, breakfast horrible, the front desk and breakfast room people are rude and unaccommodating. Ice machine was broken. Difficult to imagine that any or real customers could leave positive reviews, as we saw multiple people complaining about their experience and hotel staff refusing to provide any refund or help otherwise.

Excellent stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.An excellent experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel was spotless, the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Breakfast was delicious, and the location made getting around very easy.
