The house was extremely clean. The basement had a spacious area for kids to play in. The kitchen had new appliances and a 4 seater table. The beds were comfortable and there were 2 nice living spaces.

Property suited our needs. We took pictures of the inside of the property noting the damages already there at the beginning of the our stay. Back yard and deck was also utilized. Should place standing paper towel holders and paper towels in all bathrooms to eliminate using hand towels. House well maintained. There was one broken basement window-not sure if you knew that. Will consider using home again for future stays. Relatives travelled from Milwaukee, Houston, Toledo, and New Jersey. We all had a great time and a comfortable stay. Note-I hardly ever give a total point rating.

Perfect stay for a family reunion in Burlington

Finding a place to stay can be challenging in Burlington; there are not many motels. Finding room for 10 people is about impossible. Finding this house in Racine worked out perfectly. The house was clean and had almost everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. They could use a few more dishes, but paper plates worked. We will definitely consider staying here for the next reunion.

Racine trip

Christopher is an excellent host and provided a place for a well needed break for my daughter, her in laws and our 8 and 5 year old grandsons during their cross country move from California to Washington DC to join her husband who is military and attend a family wedding. The boys loved your space especially the rec room which reminded my oldest grandson of their house in Rhode Island. The wine and kringle were definitely used and appreciated. I highly recommend Christopher and would seek out his properties if I were having family again.

This is a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. It has 4 good sized bedrooms and a finished basement. It is fully furnished with all the conveniences of home, including a washer and dryer. The kitchen has kitchen utensils, pots and pans, coffeemaker, coffee, filters and spices for cooking. Three tvs, one in the living room, bedroom and basement. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The host was always available for us to call on if there was any issue. A very special holiday for us. Thank you

We had a family get-together in Racine, and my family was looking for a convenient, cost-effective place to stay. The property was perfect for us. For two nights, we were comfortable and Chris was a great host.

AMAZING!

Chris is an amazing host and went above and beyond for us! The house was beautiful and we had a terrific visit! Chris even built a fire pit for us!! I highly recommend this house and any house Chris owns as he is terrific!
