This is the place an "employer" would take their "employee" to provide "service" to customers. Not implying this does or has ever occured here what-so-ever. This is the general vibe. Do not recommend. Staff is very nice, though, and didn't take it personally. I left with no refund and used another lodging establishment. I opted to incur the loss of the money than stay one night in that horrible room. Again, no against the staff. Just overall quality.

The room was very small, outdated and not clean feeling. The hotel its self really just needs updating. The staff was helpful when we asked for extra pillows, but not when we asked for other things. It’s super close to the hospital and dining options, but that’s about all it has going for it. Definitely not a typical Hampton inn experience, but overall probably fine if your looking for a budget place to stay.
