Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, something for everyone. Room was clean. Comfortable bed, but the pillows were a bit lumpy for me. Hotel is convenient for transportation.

Great location. Bus stop #9 is right outside the hotel so very easy pick up/drop off for tour and airport buses. Very walkable to dining and shopping and the waterfront. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom with good water pressure. Excellent breakfast. I would stay here again!

This hotel is in a great location if you are ambulatory. It is withing walking distance of everything in the city centre. Ask for a room not overlooking the busy mainstreet - particularly on a weekend. There is quite a bit of street noise which could be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, it is a very good option for Reykjavik. We stayed at the beginning and the end of our trip.

The room is clean , staff were friendly , breakfast is good except their bacon kind of chewy but all in all very good . The Bus stop and pickup for sightseeing is just around the corner . Shops, restaurants nearby, the Hallgrimskirkja church, the famous rainbow road and museums is only few minutes walk.
