"Only nice thing was the front desk guy at check in otherwise our sheets were dirty and stained, bathroom towels were dirty and the pool was gross with the amount of stuff floating in it. Most frustrating part was we stayed multiple days asked for more towels and was told we had to wait for housekeeping to come around to Bring us some. After four hours I went down to find some and the house cleaning lady in the hall with the stack of clean towels was rude when I asked. They never came by to drop them off. Never been to a hotel who refuses to give clean towels."
