Other things to note:

There is a strict NO SMOKING inside the house policy.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional fee and is subject to our approval.

The thermostat is centrally located in the main house. The unit will be maintained at 74° Fahrenheit but guests can request for it to be adjusted or use the portable heater/fan available.

This listing is pet-friendly. There is a limit of 1 pet per stay for $35 pet fee. No extra guests or pets allowed without host approval. Pets are not allowed on furniture.

Long-term stays are allowed. For stays longer for 14 days or more, guests will be supplied initial consumable items (including coffee/tea, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc). Long-term guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items, cleaning the rental unit, and discarding trash/recycling regularly.

There will be construction on parts of this property through early July 2025 on Monday through Friday during business hours, and possibly the occasional Saturday. The construction should not physically interrupt your guest spaces, but there may be some noise. We recommend street parking along the cross-street. Driveway parking may be available but not guaranteed. Please note street cleaning in the neighborhood occurs on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays and/or 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month. We are not responsible for parking-related fines or damages.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.
