Great experience !

Never disappoints. From check in to check out, personable, professional desk attendants. The room itself was ideal for our one day overnight stay. Comfortable beds, nice TV, roomy bathroom, and good office space was appreciated. Kitchenette had everything we needed, but dishware would have made it all complete. No complaints because we felt at home and sooo important, everything was spotless and so clean. Breakfast too. Can't beat it for a slightly upscale hotel without breaking the bank. Great experience.

The closet had no door. There were two phones in the room, one didn't work and the other had the receiver cord fall out when you picked up the receiver. The traffic noise was loud as if the window was open (property is located right along the 15 freeway southbound). I needed a shower cap. There wasn't one in the room but the front desk provided me one, which was nice. However, when I attempted to call down to see if they had any, that's how I discovered the phones didn't work. When I did hit the front desk button it rang busy but there was no other guests downstairs when I went down to check on the availability of a shower cap. We only stayed one night so I didn't request that anything be repaired. The beds were also uncomfortable and made loud noises when you moved during the night. Of course we tossed and turned because the bed was uncomfortable and were awakened by the noise each time we moved. 0 out of 10 would not recommend since the main reason for a hotel room is to have a place to sleep while away from home.

The hotel was clean but the location is right off the 15 freeway and so our room was noisy. We stayed 6 nights and I had requested a quiet room. The location is a little awkward, it is surrounded by residential houses, an industrial park- and even a small orange grove. I was surprised to have to pay for parking- which is not the norm in Corona. They never asked for our car's license number, and I never saw a security guard- so I don't understand the need for a parking fee.
