LOCATION:

The Seaview Condominiums building is located right on the beach, in the heart of Rockaway and within walking distance of shops and dining. You can park your vehicle and never need to drive during your stay- unless you want to visit the neighboring communities and sights along the Oregon coast. (Please note that parking is available for up to three vehicles and there is no parking for boats, trailers or RV's). There is no EV charging available on the property (no outlets in the parking garage and no extensions cords may be dropped from the balconies) but there is parking across the street.


UNIT FEATURES:

Seaview403 is on the 4th (top) floor boasting panoramic views - truly the best view in Rockaway Beach.  The unit is approximately 1400 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room and a balcony overlooking the wayside. The building has an elevator and two interior stairwells with secure entry.



NEED TO WORK FROM HOME?

There is a desk in the living room - overlooking the ocean-and a monitor that you can connect your laptop to for dual screens! We recently upgraded to "up to 400gb" internet speed and provide a long ethernet cable so you can plug into the router directly if needed.



SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:

Additional Sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa in the living room OR twin-sized cottage cots with memory foam mattresses that can be set up in bedrooms or living room.



AMENITIES:

This home has a nicely appointed kitchen which was recently remodeled with new quartz countertops and updated cabinetry and hardware. The refrigerator/freezer has a water and ice dispenser. There is a dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven/stove, as well as a toaster, electric griddle, coffee maker (both Keurig and drip), blender, hand mixer, pots & pans, bowls, cookie sheets, baking dishes and common cooking utensils are also provided.



SUPPLIES INCLUDED:

Your reservation includes linens and towels (please bring your own beach towels), laundry and dish soap, a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and a few K-cups to get your first morning started.

LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer in the unit.
(check-out requires that you start a load of towels, please)


NO BBQ: Please not there is not a BBQ (prohibited by the building association).



ELECTRONICS: SmartTVs, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Samsung Plus

TV viewing is internet/app dependent - there are no broadcast network channels (no antenna). We provide Amazon Prime and Hulu. You are welcome to plug in your own streaming device for easier use, or log into Netflix or other streaming apps. 

Alexa is offered for your convenience. If you don't like Alexa- you can turn it off/unplug it, but be sure to plug it back in and turn it on at check-out.



ACTIVITIES:

The TV cabinet houses a variety of games and puzzles and there is a small library of books and DVD's for your entertainment.



BEACH ACCESS:

Although Seaview is on the beach, it is recommended that you walk to the Wayside for beach access. Please note that beach towels and other beach related items are not provided. Please take care to keep all sand outside.



NO PETS:

This home is not animal friendly. Please leave all pets at home or make other arrangements for them.



NO-SMOKING:

The building is non-smoking.  There is no smoking permitted within the building property, including on the balconies or in the parking garage.



FIREPLACE:

** Our fireplace is currently out of order and cannot be used **




QUIET HOURS:

Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.  Please follow the Good Neighbor rules so as to not disturb the owners in neighboring units beside or below. This includes minding the volume of the soundbar and subwoofer.



CHECK IN / OUT: Check-out is 11 am.

Wonderful beach view! Chair right at the window to wave, seagull, squirrel and people/local happenings watch! SO tranquil, quiet most of the time. Like moving into a second home. Just about everything you need for your stay is taken care of. Clean, safe and comfortable. Hope to come back again!

Outstanding Beach Holiday

A perfect clean spacious condo,,well outfitted and organized , very comfortable with one of the best Ocean views!. There were 4 adults in our group and we never felt crowded ,we were so fortunate to have 8 of our 9 days stay sunny.(in January)! I walked everyday ,we cooked in and dined out. Such a charming little town with excellent dining nearby ,we loved Wanda's and Riverside in Nehalem.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea View 403. It had a very lovely view of the ocean and was quite comfortable once the condo warmed up. Temperatures were abnormally low during our stay and the place was very chilly at check in; something that would be difficult to predict. Overall it was a nice trip.

Very close to 5 star

The location, cleanliness, communication with owner, check in and check out were all excellent. The only 2 things that a potential vacationer needs to understand is that the fireplace only can use a presto log. Not gas and not wood. One presto log was provided but we chose not to use it since there were no others for sale in Rockaway Beach. Really a 5 star should have gas. Second, not having access to typical basic cable channels such as NBC, ABC, etc can be an issue though most of us don’t go to the beach to watch TV. The property does have cable, but the options are limited. Overall, I would still give this a 4.75. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, great view and a nice small beach community were all positives. We went mid week in October and loved the limited number of people around. The owner was awesome to communicate with too.

Magnificent Coastal Retreat

This condo is exactly as pictured. The views were def the highlight! The fog in the mornings & the sunsets in the evenings were magnificent. We were centrally located to head north or south to different attractions with only a couple of hours drive time so the location was perfect for us. We will def be back during peak season but we enjoyed the quietness of the off-season. The host was easy to communicate with & we enjoyed all the little touches that she has put into the condo - its a home.

Peace by the Sea

Our group of four adults arrived for a 3-night stay and walked into a beautiful and spacious condo with a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean, as well as an enjoyable view of the neighboring town and hills! The condo was so nicely decorated and every detail was perfect; the owner had thought of everything to help make our stay comfortable. We talked to Elisa, the owner, several times at the beginning of our stay and she was most gracious and helpful!! We were all very impressed with the accommodations and cordial welcome from Elisa and enjoyed every aspect of our stay in her lovely home!!

This location was sooo beautiful and a wonderful home away from home. Elisa made sure it was a stay we would never forget and is an amazing host! Perfect views of the ocean. Highly recommend! Upper crust pizza has the best pizza. Grummpy Cafe has the best clam chowder and breakfast sausage and the sand dollar had beautiful seating outside next to the ocean and the best dessert!

We stayed at this place for three nights on our way from Seattle travelling south along the coast of Oregon. The scenery along the coast is beautiful and we were lucky to have such a central location to explore from on our trip. The rental is very clean and the view of the ocean was spectacular.

Great Place to Stay at Beach

We were all highly impressed the property. Great view of ocean and beach from plentiful living room windows and the balcony.. Very quiet. It was immaculately clean and had all the amenities you would want. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Access to the condo was very easy with our doorway just a few steps from elevator., and we never seemed to have to wait for the elevator. A handy cart is vailable for luggage when you move in or out. The coffee maker was quite slow to brew, Took about 20 minutes to brew a full pot but you can always set the timer if you know what time you are getting up.. Sofa bed wasn't very very comfortable for our adult son, but would be ok for a child. Those were our only complaints.

Spectacular ocean view!

We had a great vacation at this Seaview condo! The two bedroom unit was perfect for my husband and I and his sister and niece. The kitchen is well appointed and the condo unit super clean. There was some construction being done around the condo unit but Elisa kept us informed of any changes and information we needed. Communication from booking online to checkout was great. During our stay, we enjoyed fresh cooked crab at Kelly's Marina. I also recommend a visit to Short Sands Beach a little north of Rockaway. We had a wonderful time!

When we found Elisa's place as a potential for our vacation, we were floored. Not only is it steps from the beach, it has the most beautiful views with nice big windows showcasing it all. The Oregon Coast is unpredictable with the weather, so this place was definitely a plus having such a cozy atmosphere and wonderful views. We had everything we needed, and the place was immaculate. Down to the last detail and decoration, you can tell they've thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. What a great vacation, we enjoyed it to the fullest thanks to Elisa and our stay!

Great view and location

This property is perfect! The windows offer a panoramic view of the ocean, the kitchen is huge, the place is beautifully decorated. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Beautiful and comfortable rental!

The overall experience with this property was amazing and did not disappoint! The first thing you notice is the great location in the heart of Rockaway and the proximity to shops and restaurants. The best for us was that it is right on the beach which allowed for great beach and Twin Rocks views. Once we were in the unit and amazed by the incredible top-floor views from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and deck, we realized how functional, upgraded, and equipped it was. The owners have done a wonderful job with it and thought of everything from instructions, labeling, and full amenities. It was equipped with anything you would need in the kitchen (including some coffee, tea, popcorn, dishwasher pods, etc.), books, board games, and a washer and dryer, the list just goes on. We would absolutely stay here again and are ready to plan our next visit.
