Staff was very helpful and kind. Kitchen area was clean. Bed very comfortable after being awake more than 24 hrs. Hot shower. Walkable to and from Termini. Plus the coliseum and other touristy parts of Rome are close to walk to.

More like a hostel experience. No iron available, bed and breakfast it is not. There was no breakfast available as promised when I booked it. Also the pillows were dirty. Felt gross.

Great place to stay while visiting Rome

10/10. This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Rome. Felize was great with communication and the space was exactly as advertised. We used local transportation from the airport and it was easy. When we arrived we were able to walk to the Colosseum (literally down the street) and then were able to travel all around the city on public transportation. After a long day of exploring we came back to a clean and cold room. There are lots of shops very near by for snacks, restaurants for food, gelato shops for an treat, and even a small grocery store to stock up on anything you might need. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location. Clean and quite. Walking distance to coloseum and near multiple bus routes. Host was very helpful with car service and things to do and places to eat. Travelled with family so the suite was just right amount of room.

Overall we enjoyed staying at the location for Feliz in Roma as it was away from the busy tourist section of Rome and was set up in a safe environment. We had good communication from the hosts and they left a honeymoon gift to us of prosecco and chocolates in the room to welcome us which was thoughtful. Our biggest concern was when we arrived we had multiple aspects of our bathroom and towels in the room not cleaned properly. When we reached out about it they were quick to provide a solution of getting new and clean towels which we appreciated them to accommodate. If you’re looking for a stay away from the busy tourist area but close enough to main sights of Rome this was a fun location!
