Great location and staff were friendly. When I opened my door to my room, it smelt like wet towels. Odor never left. Pillows were flat. Very small shower. Seems like that’s the way they’re making them these days: if it wasn’t for the smell in the room there would be no complaints.

This boutique hotel was perfect for walking to the Spanish steps and trevi fountain. There were many shopping, restaurants and gelato choices close by. We took the hop on hop off bus nearby too. The service and breakfast was exceptional!

The property was very clean and updated. Bathrooms had great towels linens were wonderful. Our room was spacious and several safety features. Nice common area outside our room with a couch and some chairs and a glass table and chairs. Outside shared area up on third floor was nice too. Elevator was perfect for getting our bags up to third floor. We could see the beautiful sunset out window in our room.

The hotel was located close to the top of the Spanish Steps, which was a great base for seeing the sites of Rome. Also very close to a Metro (subway) stop. We were in the heart of the shopping district and near many good restaurants. With so much going on around this location the hotel was actually on a less traveled street and was extremely quiet. And the staff were top notch, offering helpful tips on transportation issues and restaurants, and serving delicious breakfast every morning. They really care about their hotel and the customers.

We had a great visit at a lovely little hotel. If you want a hotel near the Spanish steps, this one is great. It is what one would call a boutique hotel. There were several family restaurants with great pasta within walking distance...talk to front desk. They offer a limited menu breakfast. Hotel was clean but it is an older hotel so no ac in sumner.
