The hotel is gorgeous, a throwback to glamorous yesteryear. Its location is great for walking around to most everything you'd want to see in Rome. Staff are friendly, professional, and helpful.

I stayed with 3 of my longtime friends and was our first time visiting Rome in July 2025. The Quirinale combines old-world charm with modern comfort. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and classic décor, and the buffet breakfast offers plenty of tasty choices in a lovely setting. The front desk and bell staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Location is excellent — close to Termini, the metro, and within walking distance of Rome’s main attractions. A perfect choice for travelers who want history, comfort, and convenience in the heart of the city.

The Hotel Quirinale was truly a wonderful addition to our trip. The reception desk was a bit aloof and not as welcoming as other hotels on our trip. The room EXCELLENT, The Breakfast EXCELLENT, the location and bar EXCELLENT.

The Quirinale Hotel is fantastic

The Quirinale Hotel is fantastic. Great service. Great central location. Walking distance to most sites in Rome and close to Roma Termini. Comfortable bed. Huge breakfast buffet every morning was a big plus.
