the main disatisfaction is that there was one problem after the other with the tv. never connected. Had them adjust it at least 4 times.Even when asked [pm staff] ..didnot show had to go down a second time. Staff were really friendly, they sent us to Ariston hotel, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was quite good — close to the train and metro stations, and also within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city

The hotel does not have an airport shuttle as stated in the description. The elevator (lift) is VERY small. It’s about the size of a bathroom stall. There was a step down in our room that had no caution or warning sign. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Most of the staff were friendly and the neighborhood odds walkable.

Beautiful room and property. One of our suitcases' sliding arm/handle broke and the bellmen quickly fixed it so it would fit in the overheads of our plane home.
