An apartment rental close to Trevi fountain

Pros: Location. Bed/mattress quality and comfort. Efficient staff. Clean. People say it is very spacious for central Rome.
Cons: I think they made the most out of the property. I could not imagine making it better without rebuilding it. Set correct expectations for guests.
Location: Trevi fountain and everything in Rome.
This hotel consists of several apartments in what appears to be a typical old Rome building. There is no formal sign - we (actually the taxi driver) were able to find it by a small name plaque on a buzzer at the entrance gate. The street entrance gate is shared with other residents of the building and is locked in the evening. By passing the gate you enter the internal yard, which is somewhat pleasant, however, there is no indication where the hotel is. The reception is in a tiny room located under a staircase and is not really impressive for a hotel. The staff was efficient. iWe had two rooms. Second floor, no elevator. The smaller room had queen-size bed and the larger had queen-size bed and a single-size sofa. All rooms had coffee machine and a kettle with small supply of coffee/tea. There was a portable kitchenette but we didn't use it. Space is a luxury there, so no such thing as a bathroom - sink is not private, shower is right there with glass door (no privacy) and toilet (with bidet) is behind a sliding matte glass door. Queen-size bed had comfortable mattress with selection of pillows of different height/softness. The single sofa was kind of hard. A/C was quiet and efficient. Oh, there was a TV, but who cares? Overall, it is tight but comfortable accommodation, in very close proximity to tourist attractions for people who do not rely on hotel staff for help. Our stay was few days, I would not recommend staying longer than 3 days there - too tight

Fantastic suite close to Trevi Fountain

Pros: Cleanliness of rooms and friendly service.
Location: Trevi fountain is a ten minute or less walk, the Pantheon is about fifteen, and the Colosseum and Forum is about fifteen-twenty.
Fantastic hotel, friendly service, and clean rooms. A 15-25 minute walk from all the ancient sites, with dining options close by. Excellent time, very much worth staying here.

Awesome, Authentic Rome Experience

Pros: Cleaniness, authentic, quaint We walked to the Colosseum area, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Stairs, Vatican, Patheon and many more.
We stayed in the 2 room suite/apartment. It is two private rooms with their own locks and doors, but there is an outside door that can be used to make the two rooms into one living area. We were a group of six and this was perfect.The rooms are extremely clean, not old or musty smelling, no carpet (great for allergies). Bedding and linens were beautiful and clean. This is an authentic little Rome hotel off of a side street with a quaint little reception area. The terrace was lovely off both of the rooms. The staff was fantastic. Our first check in was a bit difficult as the receptionist didn't speak English, however, we all worked together and no problems. The hotel also scheduled van transport for us from the airport and to the cruise terminal. On the way out, we self booked tranpo and they didn't show up. Within minutes, the receptionist was on the phone and within 5 mins, had a van there and had all 6 of us loaded up and off to the airport. He even waited with us to make sure the van arrived promptly and told the driver we needed to go to the ATM for cash. They also easily stored our luggage for us while we toured around and after a long day of touring, they had moved our luggage into our rooms for us. At the bottom of the street, there is a grocery store for all your needs including wine to enjoy on the terrace, around the bend is a pharmacy, and also a fabulous little place for breakfast and coffee by the Bernini fountain.

Over all wonderful

The open space of the room is not so conviniete. No privacy in the restroom. and all this area of the bathroom crowded. Every thing else is great
