Appartement trĂšs luxueux, propre rĂ©novĂ© dans les derniĂšres annĂ©es et trĂšs bien organisĂ© autant la cuisine que la salle de bain. Les lits sont dans le plus grand confort et la literie haute gamme autant les draps que les oreillers et couette.TrĂšs propre et des matĂ©riaux neufs. Le proprio Ă©tait prĂ©sent Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et trĂšs gĂ©nĂ©reux d'informations Ă  nous transmettre et trĂšs utiles tout au cours de notre sĂ©jour. Bien localisĂ©, tout autour et se faisant Ă  pied, magasins, resto, lieux Ă  visiter quartier plutĂŽt tranquille. Un arrĂȘt de bus Ă  proximitĂ© pour aller Ă  l'aĂ©roport. Ascenseur dans l'immeuble fort apprĂ©ciĂ©.

Notre voyage s'est parfaitement passĂ© grĂące notamment Ă  Alberto. Notre hĂŽte a toujours Ă©tĂ© Ă  l'Ă©coute ! Personne plus que disponible en cas de besoin. Alberto nous a donnĂ© de nombreux bons plans de la ville et nous a aidĂ© Ă  trouver un taxi en pleine nuit pour le retour. Il a mĂȘme Ă©tĂ© prĂ©sent pour notre dĂ©part. Alberto was fantastic and very welcoming. His home is perfect and in a fantastic location in Rome. He suggested several "local" cafés that are rooted in classic Roman heritage and we were able to try one of them and it was great! He was attentive and readily available if something was amiss. A shout out to Alberto's grandfather passion for the artwork. Grazie mille!

Alberto was the most wonderful host. He made our stay so special and thought of everything. His home is large, with air conditioning, and all the amenities. Amazing property, Great Location and a perfect host

We stayed at Prati Di Borgo on our Rome trip and had a great time. Starting from the booking, to our early arrival and check out, Alberto made us feel like family. The property looks better than pictures. It’s modern, clean, inviting, and lots of positive energy. It’s walking distance from the Vatican and good restaurants. Alberto’s recommendations for restaurant were top notch and he even made reservations for us. In summary, we felt at home, comfortable and had a great time and will definitely return for a longer stay in Rome. Thank you Alberto!!!!

Wonderful, beautifully friendly, accommodating host!

Our stay was beyond our expectations. Alberto is a truly wonderful host. He meets you at the apartment to show you around, to discuss recommendations, tell you about that neighborhood and to be of any assistance possible. He is a very kind and thorough person. The apartment is beautiful and very well taken care of. So clean, updated and nicely decorated. The air conditioning is wonderful after a hot hot hot day of exploring Rome. Alberto went the extra mile and took us to the roof top of the building for nice views of Rome and even dropped us at the train station on our last day. We appreciated that more than he knows. 10 minute walk to Vatican City and about a 45 minute walk to the Colosseum. I highly recommend staying at Alberto's place for your trip to Rome!!

Family trip to Rome

This was definitely the best VRBO that we stayed in. It was clean, good air conditioning, safe area, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Above all, the host Alberto, was amazing. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and made several great recommendations. I would definitely recommend this to anybody that is traveling to Rome!

The best in every way.....

My wife, daughter (13), and I stayed 10 nights in Prati de Borgo in May/June 2025. The apartment was perfect for us in every way. It is modern, clean, and has everything needed for a short or long stay. The beds are comfortable and the A/C works perfectly. Alberto, the owner, is very kind, helpful and accommodating (he even provides laundry detergent and dishwasher soap!). The location is a short walk to the Vatican, a Metro stop, and many stores and restaurants. Alberto is the best host you will experience. His communication prior to our arrival was spot on, he met us at checkin, and helped us with our bags at checkout. During our stay Alberto checked in via text a number of times to make sure things were going smoothly, as well as performing cleaning/refresh during our 10 days.We will certainly stay at Prati de Borgo again and can't thank Alberto enough for making sure we had a lovely holiday in Rome.

Beautiful home and location

We stayed here for only one night but I wish it could have been longer! The home is beautiful, spotlessly clean and in a great location. Alberto is just delightful, recommended restaurants and the checkin process was quick and easy. I hope to be back here again!

Beautiful apartment in perfect location!

The apartment is exactly as advertised and simply marvelous! In fact, the pictures actually do not do it justice. If you are considering booking just do it! You will not be disappointed. The apartment has been lovingly restored with all modern amenities while still keeping its historical Roman charm. The location is perfect to visit all of the best attractions in Rome while at same time being in a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. Hi ceilings, beautiful artwork, a wonderful, rustic but modern kitchen and bathroom are highlights. The marble floors and beautiful chandeliers and super comfy beds made our stay perfect. While the apartment is fabulous what really made our stay so enjoyable was our host, Alberto! He went out of his way to make our visit incredible. His recommendations for restaurants were all wonderful! I cannot say enough about how great this place and host is. Probably the best VRBO stay we have ever had. If we are ever in Rome again I we will definitely try to stay again. Thanks again Alberto for everything!

We stayed eight nights in this great apartment. The location is excellent: quiet street just minutes from St. Peter’s and a 10-minute walk to Piazza Navona. Lots of restaurants nearby.Highly recommend for a family with two kids willing to share a double bed. Alberto is a wonderful host.One added bonus: Apartment is very near a bus stop for an airport shuttle. Much better than taking train.
