It’s not the sparkling gem it should be. I stayed one night in a junior suite overlooking....well, Termini station. The room was large and clearly at one point relatively flash (if it was the 90’s), but tired. Random switches that did nothing, worst stocked mini bar in history (one miniature Jonny Walker red label and a bottle of tonic amongst a couple of cokes and a bottle of Evian!!??). The whole place needs updating,,,, but on the flip side, pretty good rates for such a large room, great bed and clean linen and a monster balcony. Wasn’t there long enough to enjoy any of the other facilities (included breakfast, but no time). so can’t really give a rounded review. In all, broadly what you’d expect from a Radisson, but in dire need of some love, in an area of Rome that is not the most beautiful, but has a lot of great/useful things near by at a rate that’s pretty reasonable given its location Try stain that with one breath.

A few better touches would have been good

There were a few things which were disappointing with the booking. It wasn’t clear that breakfast was additional to the booking. I’m not sure why, when booking a junior suite this would t be included. It was also disappointing that the coffee/cups/glasses were not changed/restocked when they had been used. Hotel was comfortable and location was good. Just touches of disappointment.

This hotel looks like a 3-star hotel, not a 5-star!! I don't know based on what criteria it's claimed to be 5-star! When I compare it with other 4-5 star hotels, I really have to rate it lower than other properties I've been. It is also located in a poor dirty unsafe environment of the city, not so close to the touristic rome city centre.

This hotel is new and very clean. Rooms are very modern. A huge thing to consider though is that the room had the shower in the main room, not in the bathroom, just a circular shower curtain around it. Can’t imagine how anyone thought this was a good idea. Several times I forgot the shower had no walls and nearly fell through the curtain. CleAn, modern but very very weird

Check in was good. On the second day of my stay my tea cups were not properly cleaned and the cleaner left no toiletries for me. I complained to the manager and he promptly made sure the services were provided. Thanks for being responsive.

This did not seem like a five star hotel. It was more like a 4 star hotel. The rooms were small , few areas in the room were not clean and the staff at the reception didn’t have a welcoming smile.

There's nothing amazing about this hotel. The staff is rude. My room door wouldn't close so we asked help from the maintenance guy. He slapped shut the door and called us "mongolians" along with other rude words in Italian. We are indians and had a local family member who understood Italian. Room layout is awful with the bucket shower in the middle of the room. Not convenient for people sharing rooms with a family member. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here.

The hotel isn’t in the best neighborhood, however is three blocks from Termini the Central Train Station in Rome. Their breakfast was good. It has some funky shower, and definitely the room has a “modern” decor.

Hotel obviously in need of an upgrade. Room design awful. Shower in the middle of the room. To use the full lenght mirror you have to take your clothes off the hangers. The worst Raddison Blu I've ever ststed in.

Over all it was good only two things were a bit off for us the deposit was a bit high and not having a earlier check in time then 3pm is kind of hard especially since there was no where to really relax or wait since there was a convention being held and the lobby was full of loud business people. And we wished the pool would have been open.

This hotel is posted as a 5 star but there is nothing 5star about it. The room was not 5star quality. There was rust on the mirrors, counters had yellow stains and the room smelled like chlorine. It doesn’t look like the pictures at all. The location is good as far as it being a 25min walk from landmarks and across the street from the train station. But the neighborhood is not nice at all there’s groups of people drinking listing to music. Some are drug dealers this I know because I was asked if I needed anything by one after seeming me walk past him and his drinking buddies 2-3x. Streets are filthy and graffiti everywhere. Not a very safe place to walk around at night. Staff is not very friendly, they’ll answer your questions if you ask them something but that’s about it. When you walk in they don’t even acknowledge you. The person working the check in counter was outside by valet. Another worker had to go outside to let him know he had a line of people waiting to check out. The maid staff is super nice and friendly. The entire staff should be more like the maid staff. I would definitely not come back or recommend to anyone
