Getting into the room was a hassle as the code would not work . The room was clean but the people next door and above our room were smoking pot all night and partying Definitely a different crowd of people stay at this place. Will stick to the more traditional hotels next time in Victoria

My apologies about your experience with us Alan, our hotel is a non smoking facility. If any of our staff would have been notified, we would have issued a smoking penalty. Quiet time is 10:00 PM, if there was a party past these hours, a firm warning should have been issued and if the guest had not complied, the police should have been notified. If you wanted to discuss this further, please give me a call directly.
