I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was very comfortable with great AC and excellent amenities — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from the train station, which made getting around super easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

Delightful! Great location for walking around Rome. We walked to the Castel Sant’Angelo, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and Villa Borghese. Plus there was a metro stop literally by the front door. The “hotel” is actually just a lobby and a few rooms on the 3rd floor of a large office building. They gave us an internet link code to unlock both the door of the building and the hotel. It’s not staffed at night. But the daytime and evening staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. There is a very small elevator, we had to make 2 trips with our luggage. When the window was open, there was a lot of street noise, but when closed it was fine. Very charming.

The place is located inside a building with various other activities like offices. So you have a floor in the building where the rooms are. The reception is open for 12 hours a day. Out of office hours you are sent an email with a link to access the building so it you do not have a smart phone you might've an issue. The room has a mini bar, a coffee machine and a kettle and and there is fresh water provided in reusable bottles each day 💧👍. The metro is close by and Villa Borghese park is also near plus many attractions are walking distance. The only thing was the room was stuffy and had to open the window to let air in.

Good stay but pricy

Hotel seems new. Offered good shower gel and clean. The bathtub is too troublesome to use. Location is great. Walking distance to Spanish steps and all. Hotel only have 6 rooms.

Ótimo, muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso.

Hotel muito bem localizado próximo a Piazza Spagna e principais pontos turísticos da cidade de Roma e esquina com a estação Flaminio (linha A) do metrô. Ponto negativo é a infraestrutura, que como no edifício existem outros escritórios e ocupações, o elevador é bem apertado, não existe banheiro na recepção (somente nos quartos) e com funcionários somente das 08 às 20. Hotel fica fora da ZTL, mas não tem uma área para desembarque de veículos, para chegar com malas em táxi ou carro é um pouco complicado.
