There was an issue with a water leak in this property so Francesca found us another property to stay in. It wasn’t in the area that we wanted but under the circumstances it worked out very well.

Very Accomodating
After there was an emergency at the property we were supposed to stay in the day of pur check-in, they were very acomodating by providing us with an alternative property instead of just cancelling on us. Very appreciative!
