Seminar 87_an artist house at Pantheon

Seminar 87 is a perfect solution for those looking for a modern, perfectly functional house in the center of Rome: the Pantheon. The house is 180sqm and is located on the 1st floor of a historic building with an elevator. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which have an ensuite bathroom and a large living room (40sqm) with a sofa bed. One of the 3 rooms is located above a mezzanine (20sqm), has two single beds that can be joined together and has an ensuite bathroom with tub. Guests have access to all the services present in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary from the Nespresso machine to make coffee in the microwave oven and the dishwasher. In the apartment you will also find an iron and a washing machine. I live a few minutes from the apartment and I am at your disposal for any eventuality. You can contact me by phone or text message and I will help you better plan your stay in Rome. The house is equipped with Netflix, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

We were so grateful for the experience of staying in this amazing place! It was so close to everything! It had so many wonderful amenities! 6 of stayed here very comfortably. When I come back to visit Rome I plan on staying here if it’s available.

Very nice place and a good value for the money. The location is excellent, plenty of options for dining and groceries right outside the door. A major plus was that host helped coordinate a transfer from the airport to the apartment for a very reasonable price, which made my arrival much easier. The apartment itself has a unique local vibe. It worth noting that there was quite a bit of noise coming from the street at times, but that is often the trade-off for being so centrally located. Overall, a positive stay in a very convenient home base.

Our family loved this Paris apartment — beautifully decorated with incredible artwork that made the space feel like a gallery. The location was perfect, just steps from the Pantheon and close to everything. Stylish, spotless, and comfortable — and the host was absolutely wonderful. We’d happily stay here again!

Beautiful apartment conveniently located near the Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Even within walking distance of the coliseum, after a guided tour we walked back stopping at a wonderful restaurant ( L’Antica Birreria Peroni) for dinner. Due to its convenient location a bit noisy.

Very central to most attractions. Safe, clean and convenient location for my family. The host was really helpful arranging transportation, giving tips on things to do around the city and giving recommendations to great authentic restaurants.

Great Rome Location

The location was perfect. Steps from the Pantheon, Trevi, and Spanish Steps. A short walk to the Colosseum and Vatican. The apartment and our host were both great. I have been to Rome many times. This was the best place I have ever stayed at.

Central location - nice accommodations

The check in process was easy and the owners communicated quickly when any need arose. They arranged a car to travel to tours. It was loud at night but ear plugs were provided. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Amazing location- beautiful flat!

This flat is in the perfect location with in walking distance to all monuments, grocery store and taxi stand. Perfect for group of three couples. Super clean, great communication from host with recommendations of shops and restaurants around was helpful. Definitely recommend!
