This wonderful and spacious apartment is located on the third floor of a building on via Guido Guinizelli, in the heart of Monteverde Vecchio district, a short distance from the public park of Villa Pamphili and the picturesque Trastevere district. It has been finely renovated and furnished in modern style, and it is comprised of two large double bedrooms, four twin bedrooms (two single beds each), two of which with an access to a nice balcony, a living room with a sofa bed, a modern fully-equipped kitchen area, two bathrooms with shower and a marvellous terrace with chairs, a patio umbrella and sunbeds to relax after a sightseeing day. It features A/C in all rooms, Wi-Fi internet connection, LCD TV, dishwasher and washing machine. Un endroit maginifique

Un bel appartement, situé dans un beau quartier résidentiel à l'écart du bruit et du tourisme du centre de Rome, mais tout reste facilement accessible. Nous avons adoré et passé beaucoup de temps sur la terrasse avec une vue sur le quartier, face au soleil.

Appartement trĂšs spacieux. au niveau des chambres une literie parfaite, climatisation dans toutes les piĂšces. Espace repas trop petit pour la capacitĂ© d’accueil (table pour 6 qui risque de se casser si on l’ouvre) terrasse manque de mobilier pour l’accueil et transat manquant par rapport Ă  l’annonce. 2 salles de bains avec toutes commoditĂ©. De belles terrasses dans presque toutes les piĂšces. VĂ©rification du nettoyage entre locataire Ă  amĂ©liorer (cendrier plein et sous les canapĂ©s). L’emplacement de l’appartement est idĂ©al pour visiter Rome et ses alentours nous avions tout fait Ă  pied mais si besoin bus Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’appartement. De tout petit dĂ©tail Ă  rĂ©gler pour atteindre la perfection, logement Ă  recommander.

Bon empacement piur visiter Rome

Appartement grand mais on ne peut pas manger dans la piece de vie à plus de 6 personnes (table trop petite et cassée, pas assez de chaises, peu de vaisselle). TrÚs belle terrasse avec peu de mobilier pour 9 personnes, pas de tables et de parasols. La gérante n'a pas repondu a nos demandes. Les 2 douches sont en mauvais état (portes qui ne ferment pas et douchette qui fuit). Heureusement Rome est une ville magnifique, et nous en avons profité.

It was perfect for our family of 12. The five bedrooms were large and had great storage. Most rooms had balconies and also a large one off the kitchen for the whole family. The air conditioning kept us all cool. The washer and dryer were handy along with the dishwasher. It is on a bus route which takes you right into central Rome. There are coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacy and baked goods all within walking distance. We had an amazing vacation!

A good option for larger groups

The apartment was clean and big, with air conditioning in each room. There was not much common space to speak of, and the outdoor area did not have the furniture pictured in the listing. Location-wise, it is a bit removed from things, but that made for a quiet stay that really gave us a sense of being residents of Rome. It is still well located to public transit and walking. The host was very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. I would recommend.

Your trip in Rome

The property was in such a great location. Everything was clean and well kept up. The host was helpful when we arrived. It was a little off the beaten path but made for a mor authentic trip. We found lots of little shops and restaurants in the area and once we figured out public transit it was easy to get around.

Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of bedrooms for our party of 11, though the kitchen area is a bit cramped for a big party. Nice retreat after a day of hustle and bustle through the tourists areas. Public transportation in Rome is a bit confusing, we got lost a few times trying to get the right bus. Loredana, the girl that did our check in, was very helpful and helped us get shuttles from and to airport. Overall is was a very nice vacation with our extended family!

Nice sized apartment in quiet neighborhood

The apartment was clean and a good size for our family group of 11. The host met us upon our arrival and was very helpful and attentive to our requests. During our stay, we made him aware of the shower head not working properly in one bathroom and it was immediately repaired. He even arranged for our transportation to the airport on the day of our checkout. The neighborhood was quiet and it felt safe. It was close enough to walk to the market and even close enough for our walk to Trastevere, about 20-25 minutes.

Great stay!

The apartment was nice, we were 13 and there’s was enough space all the time. There’s a big terrace and also a balcony so you can enjoy the view over the city. The owner is very organised and helpful and will tell you everything that’s important. It’s probably one of the best apartments you get for that price. Overall we would definitely recommend the apartment!

Spacious

This is a spacious apartment with 5 bedrooms and two baths, kitchen and large terrace. We had plenty of room. It is quite a walk from the center of Rome and the bus system is not as efficient as I first thought. Taxis are easy to call, except if you have a large group and need more than one taxi, it could get into the money. The images posted here are outdated. The terrace doesn't look anything like that, although it has a nice seating place, but no umbrella and no orange seats. The room with two beds is no longer the same, and one bedroom has a big hole in the wall currently. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the space in June 2023.

Great for groups, excellent location, and clean

This is a clean, bright flat with a lovely terrace with a sprawling view. All bedrooms have balcony or terrace access. When you enter this third floor unit, there is a kitchen/common area with a stove and refrigerator, and big glass doors to the terrace two bathrooms with showers. The terrace was a great place to discuss the day's adventures, though there was no table and umbrella or lounge chairs. It was still perfectly comfortable. The location is very quiet neighborhood with a grocery 1 block away, a train station 1 block away, and a bus stop right outside the door. Would recommend this location to friends and family. Would book again if/when we return to Roma!

Great space

7 of us needed rooms and space and this place provided that! Clean place and the air condition was so nice on a hit day in June in Room. I wish maybe a few more towels but the host dropped off one more set. In the kitchen, some salt and sugar, plenty of kitchen ware. This was a great space. Host was very responsive.

Great location!

15 min taxi ride to colosseum. A/c in all the bedrooms. No family room but a nice kitchen table to gather around. Patio has seating as well. Close walk to a park and Gelato store :) A+

The apartment bedrooms were of good size for the seven of us. The kitchen and sitting area were a bit tight for all of us but we were cozy. Patio was a great asset. Overall it was a great place to stay.
