Always a pleasant stay...

Always a pleasant stay. From the friendly welcome, clean room (this time a beautiful garden suite and early availability made for a nice surprise!), and outstanding customer service I can't say enough how nice it is to know I can always count on a comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to stay here!

As a solo traveler, I 100% recommend this place! It was convenient for what I needed which was just a place to sleep. The wifi was a bit laggy which effected watching the TV. I also wouldn't recommend paying for the breakfast (not worth it). Evening staff were really friendly!

We had a very small room, but I guess that is to be expected for a big city. It had everything we needed though, and was very clean. The staff were all nice and friendly. Standouts for this hotel are the location, which is so close to the metro but the street is still quiet, and the breakfast terrace.

We booked together with friends but was moved to another building about 2 blocks from the main lobby. Pretty much an inconvenience for me and my wife. If we had known this, i would have booked to the same hotel we used before. The only reason was, we need to be with our friends. This hotel needs to inform us that there is another building.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, clean, great location. Close to lots of restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was the rooms are way too close to one another and you can hear the other people in their rooms.

How amazing it was to find Hotel B as my last minute Plan B! Had to leave my original go to place due to their renovation schedule. Quaint, Boutique, amazing staff who are so kind and helpful. Lovely rooftop, yummy breakfast. Any need or request was promptly attended to. I extended my stay many days. I love this neighborhood - highly recommended. And I look forward to returning to Hotel B. Let me start by saying, the staff is very accommodating. My first room was clean, but the furniture was very worn. Water marks, stained and the chair next to the elevator was so worn I would not recommend it for a donation. The shower, sheets, and towels were clean but the hotel’s decor and furniture needs to be thrown out, the hotel is in dire need of renovation. The staff is the only reason my stay in Rome was passable. The breakfast buffet was certainly a breath of fresh air and very enjoyable including the decor and presentation. The location is ideal visiting nearby shopping and sightseeing. I would like to be fair in my review but would not recommend The B Place its is current state. There is such a potential for a lovey hotel but immediate attention is required, fresh paint and decor would be a start.

Great location and about 20 mins from the Vatican City. It is also easily walkable to the Colosseum. Lovely little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff with awesome recommendations on how to tour Rome in 1 day.

The hotel's front desk usually has no one around. we had to wait for a while until a gentleman named Terry showed up. Terry was usually nice to work with and since we were new to Italy, he was very helpful. I cannot say the same about another person who was usually there early in the mornings (forget his name). very moody guy, however I don't blame him. The general population in Italy was the same. Unless you speak Italian, they are pretty rude! The rooms were very tiny and the bathroom was not up to the mark. The drains were clogged from time to time, but Terry helped as much as he could. This hotel really needs a makeover!
