Great Room - But No Room Service

The room itself was very nice and clean upon arrival. However, our room was not cleaned on the second day. When I asked why at checkout, I was told that we had to ask for that service. I told the attendant this should have been relayed to me at check in, or via signage in the room.

Staff were amazing! Very friendly. The rooms were nice. There was very limited parking however. We had to park in the restaurant parking a lot next door. There were also a lot of homeless people hanging outside of the hotel property.

There is fan and motor noises in the wall. some rooms have a louder noise than others. We were able to switch rooms because the noise disturbed our sleep.
