We had to book this last minute as our air bnb was not up to cleanliness standards. While the outside is not much to look at, the inside is updated and clean! Room was clean and comfortable, with updated bathrooms, floors and a comfortable large bed. Didn’t use the indoor pool and hot tub due to time constraints, but we did look at it and it looked very clean and welcoming Would recommend this hotel to others

We spent five days at this hotel. The air conditioner rattled the whole time even though we requested it being fixed more than once. The beds were not comfortable and one of the mattresses collapsed on one side and we complained about that as well. There were no concessions made to misunderstandings to emails sent to upgrade our room even though they said they would when we would check in, and nothing was done. Would I stay there again? If I had to, maybe but it would not be my first choice.

Super happy about the fact that you had to use your room key in order to activate the elevator. That's a nice safety feature. Room was clean. View of harbour was very nice. Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast (purchased with room for pretty good price) was ok. It would have been much better if the food dishes had been filled quickly instead of having to wait for replenishment. It was also a bit of a chore to get a cup for coffee/tea (we were actually told to just take from another table. Breakfast food itself was good - bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, french toast, yogurt, toast, cereal, juices, fruit salad, etc. No pieces of fresh fruit. Price was right and would stay here again.

Good stay, great price

This is a very nice hotel for a good price. For US citizens, don’t expect accommodations for disabilities unless you are willing to pay extra, this is true for all hotels in Canada, the rules are different here, there is no “Canadians with Disabilities Act. There is an elevator, but our room was in the “third floor extension” which meant climbing an additional 4 steps at the end of the hall. I had borrowed a cart from the lobby but a very nice hotel employee happened to be on the third floor and she helped me carry my luggage from the cart up those 4 steps and down the hall to our room. Our room did not have a view of the harbor which might have been fun to watch the tide rise and fall.
