The mattress was old you could see the lining on the floor... I did not book enough days and had to stay an extra day...they made me remove all of my things and check back it...they would not hold my belongings and i left my bath shower 1st time ...they kept it...

You could tell bed needed updating depression in bed king suite... I ended up staying extra night ...they had me completely check out then check back in hours later and would not hold my things...also i left my shower gel by accident and house keeping kept it...

The size of the room was great, so was the bathroom. The floor to the room was clearly not swept well, if at all. Bed covers appeared to only be sheets…coverage was very thin. Bed itself was comfortable. Pillows were less than desirable. With a little remodeling, the room has great potential.

The floor was very sticky and it we believe we slept on a mattress topper that was years and years old. We put towels on top of it and slept on them instead of worrying about sleeping on a something dirty

Great place to stop over on our way up to Maine! Beds were comfy and the pillows didn’t suck. Could have used a deep clean but overall no complaints. Gentleman at the check in desk was exceptionally kind after a very long day of driving and his smile and humor were much appreciated by this weary traveler. We would definitely stay here again.

I am reporting them to their corporate. The place is in shambles stink bugs in the room refrigerators that look like they came from garages with no handles body fluid on the floors, dirty dingy couches in the rooms and in the lobby really really a terrible experience shower handle came off couldn’t work the shower front desk. Staff didn’t seem to care at all. Don’t go here. It needs to be shut down and condemned.
