The staff was great upon arrival allowing us to check in early without a problem. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were great and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious. All in all was a great experience. Except the hot tub jets weren’t working.

For a very new hotel the beds weren't the best quality and our room hadn't been well cleaned there was still garbage in the trash cans. Was a very expensive room for a mediocre stay. Expect more from BonVoy

When I checked in, the staff charged me more than $200 for each room as deposit. It is unexpected. I live in another Fairfield the other day, it only charged $50 for each room. in addition, the payment machine was not working, therefore I couldn’t sign the credit card payment.

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. In room coffee (not enough cream and sugar - only enough for one cup). Our view looked out at some kind of roof (we did book last minute) otherwise would have probably rated a 5. Breakfast was only until 9:30 on a Saturday so we missed it - a little later on the weekends would be nice.
