We stay here often but this time wasn’t good. We got a room (123) with a constant banging sound coming from within the wall it was all day and all night long. The corners in this room has never cleaned and the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall.

Quite Frankly, awful experience. We booked using expedia and upon check in, we were told we were staying in a different building as apparently we got a cheaper room through expedia. (it cost us 175 for one night and that is not something I would say is cheap.

While this hotel is in a great location and the grounds are great our room was just okay. The room was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and repair. The bathroom in particular was grubby and the shower had mould all around the base. The vertical blinds were missing pieces on each end. The beds were old and one sheet had a hole in it. The room itself was fairly clean but it wasn’t cleaned or supplied with clean towels over our three day stay even after we left a sign on the door. Can’t say I’d stay there again
