Do not stay here. Greeted by the smell of cigarettes and a musty odour as you walk in the door. This Super 8 will surely get your allergies going. Poorly lit and dingy all around. Things were questionable as to whether they were cleaned at all. Hair, crumbs, and dust on most surfaces. Bedsheets grease stained to the point of being translucent and yellowed. Walking in the room left a brown coating on my socks. Most definitely wouldn’t recommend staying at this not so super Super 8. We managed one night of our stay and had to leave, shouldn’t have even checked in as now we are fighting for a refund.

sorry but not so good

there was no elevator for these 2 seniors and delayed offer of help with luggage. the room had a stale smell upon entry. Continental breakfast was bare minimum with very few choices. coffee was weak and only 1 pod for caffeinated coffee in the room and no creamer. The bed was super soft and lumpy.

Basic hotel. Only had 1 towel for 2 of us. Room wasnt cleaned or restocked during stay. Security deposit charged to CC and still waiting for it to be returned, this is an obvious scam theyre running, hoping you dont notice and then brushing you off or being hostile when you call to inquire about it.

The breakfast had not hot food. All of the other super 8s I have been to had hot food. Front desk gave our room away because we arrived at the hotel at 10pm. The room they gave us had a door that was hang off the hinges and the kids were unable to open or close it. The 2 chairs in the rooms were covered in stains. We were very uncomfortable staying there(unlike other super 8s). This hotel may have caused us to neve book at a super8 going forward.

Staff was let very friendly upon check in. Insisted credit card was declined despite it being fine everywhere else (and with the bank). Not a friendly or welcoming check in experience. Property is old and run down. Fine for a quick overnight stay. But there’s most likely better options.

-called prior to request early check in as we had a wedding at 1500, arrived and was told that I did not talk to anyone and that a room wasn’t available. - then entered room and there was blood on the bathroom wall -said there was Continental breakfast in the morning 0730 to 0930 was told this when booking and when checking in. Breakfast was not available during these times and no staff was seen to chat about this with.

The front desk man very nice and helpful. Low pressure shower. Kind of smelled like a dog had been in there. Noone came and cleaned and we were there for 4 days. Had to keep asking for towels ourselves and bed was never made or changed. Air conditioning did work well. Bathroom floor was so slippery we had to put some damp towels down. Also family told us it is the sketchiest hotel in salmon arm. We wont be staying here again.

The bathroom smelled like pee. I opened the curtains to our ground level room only to find homeless people camping out right below the window. The breakfast was some stale cereal, yogurt and coffee with no cream available. The room lighting was so dim we got our camping headlamps out of the car so we could see what was in our suitcases.

The property didn’t have much of a breakfast selection. It was actually really poor. Beds were comfortable but rugs in rooms were filthy and had a bunch of stains.

There was no tv service talk to the front desk said the had to call the service provider and it would be on also we could not find a wi fi password word at check it we asked the front desk they said it was on the key card it should be in an area where people can see also talk to the front desk about a discount still have not heard back from the manager not happy
