There was no one at the desk when we tried to check in. Bed was not on a frame,boxspring was sitting on the floor. Bed skirt did not cover the boxspring. Door nob in the bathroom was broken. Ice machine in the lobby but no ice buckets anywhere. Staff was very unfriendly. Room was dirty. Bed had 2 very small lumpy pillows. TV did not work.

Beds and bedding were comfortable and we slept well. Beyond that not much positive to say. The toilet seat was very loose and wobbling. We only had a third of a roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls. The carpet was very stained. TV didn’t work…at all! This was just an overnight stay while traveling but still not recommended.

This was an okay property. Nothing special. The room was very basic. Minimal towels. Not full shampoo bottles. No conditioner or lotion. I had to ask for a hair blow drier as there was nothing in the room. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. My security deposit took nearly a week to be refunded.

The room smells horrible. Asked for a new room it was no different. Stains on the bedding. Used coffee in the machine. Drips of something of the furniture. We left 5mins after we arrived and checked out. They nicely still charged me for the room even though I had to book at the hilltop down the street. Hilltop was great.

The door buzzer kept beeping unless you bang it shut, room smells of smoke, hallways smell like old tobacco, room was very cold as the AC was on full blast, perhaps to get rid of tobacco smell, sorry we enjoyed the super 8 in Drayton Valley so much, we tried another one, but totally a different experience

Room was “dated” but clean and comfortable, aircon was working but a little noisy; breakfast was ok, ran out of waffle mix at 8:00 a.m. (breakfast was supposed to be till 9:00). Two floor building, no elevator. Location is good, price reasonable for a one-night stay. Friendly staff.

We rented 2 rooms. The bathrooms are clean but the rest of the room leaves A LOT to be desired. In 118 the overhead light doesnt work and when we mentioned it to the staff they just went yeah it doesnt work. We had to unplug a lamp to plug in our cooler because only one socket worked.
