Check in very slow. No one at check in desk. Other guests had similar stories. Not very organized, to say the least. They need more people on staff.

No staff at desk upon arrival, note to use phone to contact someone. Phone rang half a dozen times then transfered to another phone at the front desk. Continued ringing and finally someone came out of somewhere to check me in. Got to the room and no remote for the tv or facecloths and only one hand towel. Back to the front desk, another round on the phone to get someone to the desk. Told he would find a remote and the motel dosen't supply facecloths. Also dirty towels and linen on the floor in the hall at the laundry the entire time we were there.

The parking lot was littered with debris, which was mirrored inside in the stair wells and hallways and room. It was unnerving to see staff sitting in the main entry area with so much garbage in the interior stair cases. When we checked in, the reception person went up "to check the room," which was a little weird but I thought maybe it was an extra hospitality thing. When we got to the room and there was no toilet paper, no pillow cases on the pillows, the bed unmade, one towel in the bathroom, and the floors were in the same condition as the halls and stairs, I was amused and horrified simultaneously. When my partner held up a 3" nail she found on the floor and asked me what to do with it, I had to laugh! I'm lucky she's not germophobic and can have a laugh at a situation without judgment or subbing into despair! It was quiet thankfully and the hosts were lovely, albeit unprepared to actually have guests. I wouldn't stay here again.

The front desk guy was very nice and helped us a lot so the customer services was great, but our room was very dirty and the halls where very dirty, we moved our 2 beds together for a movie night and there was so much dirt and objects behind the bed, spashs of who knows what on our beds and behind the night stand was very dirty. If the house keepers did a better job of cleaning id rate this higher but i guess you get what you pay for.

Not likely to return
When checking in the front desk attendant was inappropriately asking whether I had tried drugs. I politely said it was not something I wanted to discuss with a complete stranger. In their defence I think they were trying to make conversation after another guest who was high as a kite made a scene while leaving the hotel. There were no towels, hand towels or face-clothes in the bathroom at all.
