My stay at the Crystal Inn was good - the hotel staff was efficient and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable, but could use some updating; and,the Lyft to the airport was great. My only complaint was the breakfast. The cooked food was not hot which had a direct impact on the quality.

This is the Best of Everything: - Excellent price. - Spacious rooms. - All staff are so kind, ready to help. - Very clean. - Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap: high quality. - Awesome breakfast, main course changed daily, fresh, tasty. Sausage are better than Hilton. - 2 sinks in each room out of bathroom, very convenient. Special Thanks to Kathy, the associate at front desk, make us feel homy, warm. Very minor remark: the automatic heat of air-conditioner is overwarm, to have 70 we must set at 67 or 68, and slightly open the window, this happened for both room 201, 203 of our family for 4 nights, but once we learned the trick then rooms are very warm, cozy. In Brief: from now on we will always look for Crystal Inn whereever they are present. Thanks to excellent Staff and Management.
