The Travelocity app crashed during booking with the end result being duplicate, non-refundable, reservations. Aloft is no where near 100% occupancy so my duplicate reservation didn’t impact Aloft’s revenue by one cent. Both Aloft and Travelocity have refused a refund because of their policy; each claiming the other is the only one who can help. Choosing to be gracious hosts would cost Aloft nothing and get a chunk of good will for free, but no. Policy. No more Marriott properties for me. And the end of Travelocity/Expedia apps for me too.

Appreciated a pet friendly hotel. Carpet in hotels usually feels dirty and unkempt so having a hotel with hard wood floors was amazing for our little fur baby. Rooms were spacious and accomodating. Wifi worked well as my partner had to finish some remote work. Food options were delicious (though not included). Price was very reasonable and it was nice not being charged a parking fee. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Appreciated our stay at Aloft
