We were instructed to check in at the security gate. We did. They couldnt give us the key without the unit #, which we were not provided with. No reference to our conf # or names.We arrived late, host was unresponsive.Long story short, vbro customer service tracked down the unit number. After over an hour on the street, we got it.Place is as described other than the above.No wifi password visible anywhere.Rob

Very nice, clean spacious apartment. It was easy to check in with the security guard and the place is located on the back corner of the property, easy to find and close to the parking spot. Small but roomie. Very close to the airport so it’s a great spot to stay when traveling. Host was very nice and communicated along the way. Definitely recommend a stay here.

An excellent modern apartment near the San Jose airport. Very clean apartment and pool. City Mall within walking distance with multiple food options. Excellent communication with the host. Let us check out late. We loved it.
