The hotel rooms has an old smell to it. The pool was not well maintained it had a lot of cracks and missing tiles. You barely saw any staff felt like you were on a deserted island. The daily breakfast was horrible. This place needs to be closed down immediately.

Close enough to the airport to be an easy place to stay after a late arrival, this hotel made us wish we had more time there before leaving for Manuel Antonio. The pool and the plants feel as tropical as they possibly could, and the breakfast bar was top notch too. Friendly staff, easy shuttle service, and really, all we could ask for at this price point for this sort of stay. Highly recommend it.

Had a few issues with the room - no fridge and the top security lock was missing (and the frame split where the door had been pushed in). A high concern, but they got me a fridge and repaired it with a new lock within 30 minutes. I was quite impressed with how quickly they resolved the issues.

The staff was great. The room seemed that had not been cleaned recently since there were dust on the floors and all glass surfaces. The unit was nice and spacious. There were 2 ac units and one of them didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. The pool, restaurants and all areas seemed to be working fine. Just make sure to test everything right away. They told me they couldn’t move me to another unit because they didn’t have any other suite available, when I say I didn’t mind standard, they told me the whole hotel was full already.

The room was clean and large. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! It was great to have a pool and restaurant at the hotel so that we did not have to go far for a meal. The shuttle service was excellent!
