Perfect place for family. Got the suite so 2 kids slept upstairs. No door on main bedroom which we didn’t care about but someone else might. Breakfast was delicious. Pool is cold but refreshing. Kids loved it

Need to update hotel. Change menu for breakfast the sausages was dry and hard, not everyone ewts egg yellow. I asked for wgg whites and the server didnt feel to accommodate but one server was nice enough, not every one drinks coffe , chocolate should be an option, it wasnt bad, but a place to sleep. If place is upgraded will have a higher traffic flow

The bed is comfortable, the room is very clean, and the shower pressure is good. Supplies like toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash are sufficient. Breakfast is good. However, there is no elevator, so carrying large luggage to the room is very difficult. The walls are poorly soundproofed, and noise from guests coming and going—especially luggage being dragged downstairs around 3 a.m.—made it hard to sleep. The pillows are also very old and need replacement.

Bed is comfortable, shower pressure is good. Staff at lobby are warm, room is very clean. The main drawbacks of this hotel are that there is no elevator. We had to carry large suitcases up and down to the third floor, which was very difficult. In addition, the walls are not well insulated against noise. Starting around 3 a.m., we could hear people dragging luggage from the third floor all the way down to the ground floor, which was very loud and made it impossible to sleep. Pillows needed to be replaced.
