We booked 3 rooms. At check in they booked us the three rooms but in three different buildings. We should have been booked at least in the same building. We left before breakfast so can’t comment but the breakfast room looked large and prepped. We didn’t use the shuttle. Self parking was fine. Rooms were great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site was great- good food, service, and even live entertainment for part of the evening.

Room not that clean and smelled like humidity. Rooms are very noisy. The hotel offers limited shuttle time hotel-airport and vice-versa. No elevators. Hotel is updated and need major maintainance (floor, steps, walls, showers etc) Breakfast very basic for example Gallo pinto lacks flavor, and simple herbs like cilantro. On the positive side the Hotel is closed to the airport, if you need a shower and a short rest.

The people who work there are very nice. However the room was dirty, had ants and the window in the bathroom had no shade. We were told we were getting an upgrade but it was quite the opposite- I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone one. Spend the extra money and sleep peacefully with clean sheets

The staff at the front desk, the staff cleaning the room, the staff working the breakfast, each and everyone were excellent and friendly. The whole of the large hotel campus was spotless. This is a great place to stay in San Jose. Plus it is close to some nice walkable restaurants and food stores.
