When we booked the hotel, Expedia stated the hotel had a pool. The hotel does not have a pool. They took it out a few months ago.the Wi-Fi was not good. It was clean, had new renovations, and the staff was friendly. It was also quiet considering the airport is nearby.

CANCELS ROOMS WITHOUT NOTICE

Business trip with multiple rooms booked. The hotel cancelled half the rooms without notice. When our team checked in they were told they didn't have a room because they were overbooked. Then they said thy had computer error. In an effort to help they made a hotel reservation at another local hotel for one night (not the two nights we needed) which required extra work on our end to cancel that reservation along with trying to find another local hotel.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was extremely friendly on Wednesday evening. Love your bartender Mike. So friendly and welcoming!! Thursday staff at same bar/restaurant was not friendly or welcoming. It was obvious by the crowd in the bar/restaurant (or lack of) both nights! Get rid of the guy on Thursday!! Morning staff was great!

I had an incredible stay at the Courtyard by Marriott San Jose Airport! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. A special shoutout to Arjel Brian, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. He was professional, helpful, and extremely accommodating – truly a standout! The hotel itself is newly refurbished, and it shows. Everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed, from the stylish lobby to the updated rooms. It was the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, and the attention to detail was impressive. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, I highly recommend this hotel. The service, cleanliness, and overall experience were all 5-star worthy. I’ll definitely be back!
