The hotel is very clean and the front desk gentleman was extremely friendly. I forgot toothpaste, but I called the front and they told me to come to the front desk where they kept it. Thank you!! The room above us had extremely squeaky floors and we couldn’t sleep until they stopped moving around. We could also hear when someone walked past our room. There was no vent in the bathroom, so we had to keep the door ajar to keep it from becoming a sauna while showering. Other than that, the stay was nice. I loved having restaurants and Starbucks right out the front door. I also loved that our room was by a side entrance, making leaving and loading extremely easy. Breakfast has great options and the eggs were surprisingly delicious.

Room Service, Requested to the room service done with clean towels, but was not done, had to call front desk, the agent was mad brought in towels after an hour, like 20 towels, not needed that many towels, trash were not cleaned either had to sleep in smelly room

The room was clean and comfortable. My problem is with: 1. The AC smelled really bad! There was a bad smell coming out of the AC. 2. Although I was asked at check-in if I wanted my room to be cleaned, and I said YES, no one cleaned my room, and did not change the towels. Another thing is that the breakfast lacks some vegetables.

The breakfast buffet and breakfast room were the best I’ve ever seen. The room and bathroom were a bit small, but well-laid out. The staff were great. Good soundproofing.

Had to wait for a room to be ready until 3:25 pm. Hotel was not even crowded, wasn’t to sure if it was just intentional because front desk clerk changed shift and didn’t even communicate with the incoming clerk that I was waiting.
