Please Read - Do not stay here!!
The property charges a $10 parking fee not listed on the Travelocity site. The person at the front desk during the evening was rude and charged the fee even though the site said "the price you see is what you pay." After a long day of travel on the return part of vacation, the last thing I want is to pay a fee I was unaware of. If I would have known about it, then fine or I may have even chosen a different property with cost in mind. If you are putting the expense on a business, then probably not a problem.
Also, we stayed in room 214 which was three rooms from the elevator. Every time the elevator was used, it sounded like a leaf blower above our heads(218 and 216 were closer.) Fortunately, we mentioned this to the morning manager and she instantly waived the parking fee. If she waived it so quickly for that, who is to say the night manager couldn't have done the same?
Also, there was no knowledge of food allergen information at breakfast. My son has a tree nut allergy and could not eat any of the food since there was no literature/boxes of the cereals they had. The pancake maker was also out of order so there was nothing my kids liked or were able to eat.
I was optimistic about Holiday Inn Express, but will never stay at this location.
